Seblak is a typical Bandung food made from noodles, claws, and sometimes with crackers. As time went by, seblak variants began to appear. One of them, Seblak Jeletot.
In Sundanese, Jeletot means spicy. Jeletot seblak sauce is red, and even tends to be brownish. This color is obtained from chili sauce or chili powder. The aroma tickles the nose until it makes us sneeze.
Not only crackers, the toppings or fillings for Seblak Jeletot are more varied. There are meatballs, sausages, yellow noodles, claws, eggs, and otak-otak. It tastes delicious, spicy, and suitable to eat in cold weather. Guaranteed to be addictive.
However, this dish is not recommended to be consumed every day. The spiciness of chilies can cause stomach ache and is of course dangerous for people with stomach acid.
